A rare Afghanite soapstone in A-quality, carefully cut and finely polished. This gemstone displays an intense blue to blue-violet coloring with light structures, giving each piece an individual appearance. Each stone is a unique natural specimen with an elegant luster and pleasant feel.

Afghanite was first discovered in Afghanistan, from where it also gets its name. Further deposits are located in Canada, Tajikistan, Italy, Russia, and Greenland. Particularly the deep blue specimens from Afghanistan are considered highly sought after.
