Determine the correct ring size

Help & Tips: Determining the Correct Ring Size

The
correct ring size is crucial for wearing comfort. With these simple methods, you can quickly find the right size.

1. Measure ring size with an existing ring (recommended)

  • Place a well-fitting ring on a ruler.
  • Measure the inner diameter in millimeters.
  • The diameter directly corresponds to the ring size.

Example:

Inner diameter 18 mm → Ring size 18

2. Measure ring size with a string or paper strip

  • Loosely wrap a narrow string or paper around your finger.
  • Mark the point where the string meets.
  • Measure the length in millimeters = finger circumference.
  • Divide the circumference by 3.14 to get the diameter.

Important:

  • In the EU, ring size corresponds to finger circumference in mm.
  • The inner diameter is an approximate value (circumference ÷ π).

Important Notes

  • Fingers can fluctuate depending on time of day & temperature
  • It's best to measure in the evening, when fingers are slightly thicker
  • The ring should not pinch, but also not slip
  • Wide rings often fit tighter → you may need to choose ½ size larger

Our Tip

If you are between two sizes, it is better to choose the larger ring size.
