Larimar

In healing stone lore, Larimar is also known as the Atlantis Stone. Its only occurrence in its blue color to this day is the Dominican Republic.
According to legend, Larimar is said to be connected to the sunken paradise. Accordingly, Larimar is believed to be the only remaining testament to the legendary island of Atlantis.
Larimar stands as a symbol of boundlessness. Its colors are those of the endless sky and the vast sea. It has been worn since earliest history as a protective stone against evil spirits, natural disasters, and illnesses. Many things are attributed to this stone, among other things, Larimar is said to open up new ways of thinking and acting and serve self-realization.
Due to its high calcium content, it is also said to have a strengthening effect on bones and growth. Larimar is a very popular and attractive gemstone, which is used for necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants, and bracelets. It is very valuable because it has now been almost exploited and has thus become very rare.
