Larimar

The Larimar is also known as the Atlantis Stone in healing crystal lore. Its only deposit in its blue color is, to this day, the Dominican Republic.
Legend has it that the Larimar is connected to the lost paradise. According to this, the Larimar is said to be the only remaining testament to the fabled island of Atlantis.
The Larimar symbolizes boundlessness. Its colors are those of the endless sky and the vast sea. It has been worn since ancient times as a protective stone against evil spirits, natural disasters, and diseases. This stone is credited with many properties; among other things, the Larimar is said to open new paths in thought and action and serve self-realization.
Due to its high calcium content, it is also believed to have a strengthening effect on bones and growth. The Larimar is a very popular and attractive jewelry stone, which is used for necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants, and bracelets. It is very valuable because it has now been almost depleted and has thus become very rare.

The chemical formula of Larimar: Ca2Na [OH/Si3O8] + Fe, Mn
